Nanny B. Dormitory is located in the center of the campus and consists of 20 dormitory rooms and (2) 2,000s.f. faculty housing units.

This is one of the many dormitory and faculty housing projects we have completed for Governor's Academy.

CHURCH EXPANSION

The 200 year old church required more space for their growing parish and the only place to expand was the crawlspace basement.

Murphy Construction undertook the task of drilling, splitting and removing hundreds of tons of ledge which the church was built on in 1801. The outcome of the construction was very rewarding, with 6,000 s.f. of classrooms and office space with natural lighting. The church was also updated with new mechanical systems and handicap access.
